Clear terms. No surprises.

• You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract.
• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your login credentials confidential.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts used for abuse, fraud or a breach of these Terms.

Your API key is personal to your account. Keep it secret and do not share, resell or publish it. You agree not to:

• Use the Service in violation of any law, including privacy, telemarketing and anti-spam laws.
• Use the Service to harass, stalk, or harm any person, or to build profiles of individuals without a lawful basis.
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, credit charges, authentication or other security measures.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the Service without our written permission.
• Use the Service in any way that damages, disables or impairs its operation.

You are solely responsible for how you use the data returned by the Service and for complying with the laws that apply to you.

• The Service is sold in prepaid credits. Only successful lookups are charged; failed lookups are free, as described on the pricing page.
• Credits are non-transferable and, except where required by law, non-refundable.
• Prices, packages and credit costs may change. Changes apply to future purchases and are shown on the pricing page.
• Payments are processed by third-party providers. We are not responsible for their availability or terms.

The Service, including its software, design, text and branding, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or content except the limited right to use the Service as described here.

Carrier and line-type information is compiled from third-party and public sources and may be outdated or incomplete. Number portability, reassignment and number pooling mean that a result can change over time. You should not rely on the Service as the sole basis for any decision with legal, financial or safety consequences.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, revenue or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your use of the Service or your breach of these Terms or applicable law.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. On termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately, and unused credits may be forfeited where permitted by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the operator's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that location.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page with a "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
